Sunward Power is a family-operated solar company serving Oregon homeowners since 2020. We design, permit, and install solar and battery storage across the Portland metro and the mid-Willamette Valley, keeping the whole job in-house so one local crew is accountable from the first site visit through inspection and follow-up. We're a licensed Oregon contractor (CCB #238152) and an Energy Trust of Oregon partner.

Built to stay.
Homeowners ask what happens to their system if Sunward ever goes out of business. It keeps running. Your manufacturer warranty doesn't depend on us, and once your system is commissioned it doesn't need us to operate. You'd lose our 10-year workmanship warranty and leak guarantee, the one-year inspection, and production monitoring, and you could hire another contractor for service.
We aren't planning on going anywhere. Several large national solar companies have closed recently, and they depended on government support to survive. We're a local contractor, here since 2020, and our service department keeps growing as more homeowners ask us to support systems we didn't install.
